Dark Alex is certainly back and on fire and has released a PSARDUMPER for Firmware 5.00, now he and others can decrypt the new firmware:
This is psardumper to extract 5.00.
Modules of psp3000 cannot be extracted and decrypted yet, due to keys being in 3000 ipl (kernel keys) and mesg_led03g.prx (filenames table keys).
Due to that, you will see various "warnings", just ignore that.

how do i install it?
you don't install it, you put it on your PSP memory stick with a firmware file (.pbp) and it dumps what you need.
im tired of ppl posting how do *i install it*!!. i mean first try download it THEN *LOOK* for the ****EN *README.TXT*! its that simple!!
