How Do I No?

ok im looknig to buy a psp from walmart but before i buy it i want to make sure its a 2.0 or 1.5 so i can run homebrew but i dont know how to tell just by looking at the box... i know it has to do with the letters on top of the bar code and that a letter "a" is a 1.5 but is it confirmed that a letter "d" is a 2.0 or what? any help will be appreciated

d is 2.00 but most out ther are b 1.51 and c 1.52 it doesnt matter really what you get just upgrade to 2.0 and use the downgrader to role it back to 1.50
