plzs plzs help

hi i installed a wiikey on wii clip in my wii
and it boots normal games but it wont rcignise backed up ones
do i need to flash the chip some how or what
im a noob to wii mod but have done a littel with xbox and you added a dashbord do you do the same with wii
is there some simple way to test the chip is ok
please any help would be gratefuly acepted
if i dont sort this soon the hole thing is going out the window

what error message you getting? what firmware you on?

i just get normal wii screen up
i think i have found problem i was sold wrong chip and clip by pinpoint games because i have cut pins
so wii clip will not work
im gutted
