They can be found with any official copy of the game, so simply purchase that. For your troubles you also get a CD or DVD with a full copy of the game on it, instructions and a box.
If you don't want to pay full price for something (which I don't think you do), I would recommend going to maybe a game shop that sells pre-owned games. 90% of the time you will find the serial you need with pre-owned software, though the downside is that sometimes software can only be registered once per serial number and you may need to call the company who published the game/software you wish to use.
