Qustions about Propeller Arena

I have a few questions that I hope to get answered about Propeller Arena:

1) I have tried to find some US covers for Propeller Arena, here forexsample http://propellerarena.gametribute.com/, but they are all in low-res. (I konw that the pal are in good quality, but I want the US ones).

So anyone in here who knows where to find some quality US covers to Propeller Arena?

2) I have played Propeller Arena quite a lot the last days, but one thing that I don't understand is why I can shoot all the computer-controlled opponents down but they can't shoot me down? Any logical explanation to that?

Propeller Arena was not officially released, and thus any copy of it that you might have (in all likelyhood) is illegal. We do not allow discussion of illegal topics here, so...
