working english pspide c++ translation

hey i couldint figure out how to load the orginal
english pspide translation, so i ended up making
my own.

i dont know if other people have had this problem
to but i figured i would upload it anyway, just
in case someone could find it usefull.

i allso made some correction's to the sentence
structures, and fixed some spelling issues.
i know they are not that needed, but it makes the
drop down menu's look cleaner now....

to use the .ini file just copy it to your pspide\lang
folder, then run the program as normal...
everything should be in english.

and if it turns out this file isint needed or is in
the wrong place im sorry for wasting everyones
time....but hey at least i had fun making it lol
