UMD Crazy Drive

Hi.
I have a psp1004 with TA-086 and the 5.00M33-4 firmware.
The problem is that my Umd drive don't work.
The lazer don't light up, goes up and down, move right to left all the time.. and the motor spin but strangely.. it spin an half.. the just a little etc..
could someone help me please.. i've already subtitute the complete assembly lazer and have the same problem. the rest is working perfectly.

So how do you know its working fine if you already have substituted the laser assembly, i'd be replacing the motor assembly and checking the plugs.

well i start the psp and everything works less the umd drive. maybe it was the board... :s
