Dreamcast Online?

Can I connect my PC to my Dreamcast to get Internet access?

I've done some research and I have no intention of shelling £100 on a DC Router. I'm on a DSL connection with BT, I have a PAL Dreamcast with a version of DreamKey 3.0 and i wanted to connect to my wireless laptop (Which is running Windows XP). I don't want to install another OS. Is there any guide or advice you could give me?

The main reason I want to connect is to download extra content for Fire Pro D (Not sure if the official site is there still but there is a back-up one).
