help starting off

Really hope someone can help with this. Am totally new to this and haven't got a clue what I'm doing so the most basic of instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Have a Nintendo DS Lite.
Have a M3 Real Adapter with 4gb Scandisk Micro SDHC card.
Have downloaded the M3G6 Real v4.2d E37 EuropeUSAMulti
Have also downloaded the NDSemu.

What do I do next? Have tried various things but can't get the games I want into the "Game Manager" tab of DS menu. Have only managed to get them into the "My Card" tab????

Am really puzzled and starting to really loose the plot now.

As said previously the most basic of intsructions as I am a real beginner here.
