Help with go explore 5.00m33-6

Having trouble with go explore. When i turn the sound down on this it works fine and to about 3/4 I have no trouble. As soon as volume is past the 3/4 point the psp shuts down and resets. :(

Psp works with any other game on full volume fine.

Does anyone have any ideas??

i have the same problemwith popsloader 5.00 it freezes when i press the home button.
