DS Turbografx 16 Emulator

Why hasn't anyone made this!? The Turbografx 16 is an amazing console with so many good games! It could most certainly run on the DS because I don't it's even as powerful as a Sega Genesis. In fact, there's a Turbografx emulator for the GBA. It's also gained a lot of popularity since Nintendo has been releasing Turbografx games on the Virtual Console.

Someone needs to get on this asap. With all the emulators available for the DS, it's a shame no one has thought of making this simple little beauty.
