Kindle-like app for the DS?

I was wondering if someone knew of or is working on a Kindle-like application for the DS?

I know there is DSReader and a couple of others, but none (that I know of) have the ability to add notes and highlights.

It seems to me, the DS would be the ideal platform for such utility. I know that there are handwriting recognition apps for the DS such as DSMerlin and Beup. Adding this ability to DSReader would result in a fantastic piece of software!
