Lua FileManager 0.10 Beta 2

Mallchin has released a new version of his Lua File Manager for the PSP (thanks to Haggar for the news :)), heres whats new:

New Features:
Added Select/Unselect all option
Added ability to select directories
Added low battery check (safety precaution)
Added settings.ini file for tweakable options
Added quick up/down navigation on file listing

Bug Fixes:
Changing directories now nulls selected files

Misc:
Departmentalised code for easier maintainence
Listings are now sorted case-insensitive
Minor code tweaks
