Duo 3 Ultra with V1 PS2 ??

Hi all,

I have my GH005-020 V1 PS2 and I bought a Duo3 Ultra to go with it... After opening my PS2 and getting the logic board out, I've managed to located everything from this diagram ( http://www.duomodchip.com/english/in..._gh005_020.jpg ). But I don't see where the bottom side is... My first thought of the bottom side was the other side of the board but.... I'm running into a problem. The other side of the board is made of a PCB .... and I'm not able to remove this PCB in order to access the board...

Am I doing something wrong ?
