As far as I know, there isn't a way.
Try a standard data recovery tool.

They have all kinds of game saves for all kinds of games. Hopefully its UMD game saves your lookin for, not emulator game saves because if so I might be able to help you out on sega game saves.
P.s. i know how it is to lose your save files.
