Dolphin SVN 2962 - Nintendo GameCube and Nintendo Wii emulator for Windows

The Doplhin team have updated the Nintendo GameCube and Nintendo Wii emulator for Windows

Heres whats new:

- more rumble power Xbox360 controller;
- fixed crash on wii disc iso properties;
- fixed stop of DSP HLE/LLE;
- Added OpenAL support for DSP;
- Added Support for Frame dumping (aka Avi recording);
- SDL 1.2 as default instead of 1.3;
- minor video changes;
- loads and loads of DSP changes in the dspcore.
