Got Problem turning pandora battery back to normal

ok i have got 3.80m33-2
and i wanted to convert my psp pandora battery back to an normal one

so i download : OS Pandora Battery Tool 0.6
i installed it on the psp
and i run the program
everything was fine

the program turned on and i clicked on :

Convert to normal mode (0x12345678)

i clicked it
then it was converting
it said:

Writing 012345678
verify: 0xFFFFFFFF FAILED

so can any one tel me how to fix this:
0xFFFFFFFF
( do i need to have a magic memory stick? )
