Lowest Bitrate Possible for DcDivx?

I read it supports ~500kbps, whatever "~" means, but I got a question:
Can the homebrew App support Bitrate as low as 230kbps?

The lowest setting I've used is 300kbps, in theory lower settings should work just fine (movie quality will suffer though), it's only when you use really high settings that you'll run into problems. If you haven't checked it out already, there's an updated guide to get you started here:
