This is the NTSC 60hz version of the Beats of Rage Dreamcast Alpha which has new features such as the ability to turn off blinking when players die, or the ability to turn off enemy falling on a player's respawn. Modders can now allow the ability for mods to have ungrabable enemies. This build was created by kirby2000 and was scrambled and tested by me and by Zerotype and should work well.
