1) Download The MPH DOWNGRADER
2) Instead Of Getting The 1.5 EBoot Get The 2.0 EBoot
3) Follow The Instructions For Downgrading Like Normal
4) Then If Successful Downgrade From 2.0 To 1.5
5) Simple As That
