Patched Roms with different CRC, It´s no Problem??

I have a question. I have an emulator called Final Burn Plus for PC and I have some roms that modifies hexagesi... to be able them to play, the Samurai Shodown 5 CRC tapeworm rom that was not exact, I patch the rom and that caused that the CRC changed, this does not affect in anything in the emulation but in the PC the only emulator that is able to work with CRC corrupt(look, roms is still perfect) is that Final burn, Neo4all works if to have the correct CRC, pardon by the bad translation, I am Spanish and I am using a translator
