how do i make my own RSS channel

i have the RSS files on my computer. now how do i make it so i can download and listen to them on my psp?

Im not sure how to get RSS feeds from the computer but just to let you know the PSP's RSS channel can only use audio RSS feeds incase you were thinking of using other types of RSS such as video.
