I defenitly agree divorce certificate about the subject. Wow you see a picture of an old man playing games with a child. I mean i can why others would find it creepy though by the old mans eyes. But i also would like to know if this picture was photoshopped cause of the mans eyes. They make the guy look creepy and could possibly be the reason why this picture is being talked about. LOL looks can be deceiving i know but that doesnt mean that dude is psycho. That can cause alot of problems in the world some guy may look psycho like him and is taken away from these ads cause of complaints and i believe that dude has the right to sue. just a few points:

and the reason the old people are holding the Wii-Remotes the wrong way, is because they are not actually paying the wii, just posing. That, or the image has been flipped (they do that all the time for shots)
