Seizure Pixel Fixer V1.0 first release!

I was bored today so I started coding stuff and somehow this happened;)

screen cycles through the colors red,green, and blue... in that order.
I didnt take any screenshots because Im 100% sure that nobody will care about this, Just like my other stuff.

anyway here are the features:
-Increase/Decrease color change rate
-Cool GUI (I guess...)
-If you stare at the flashing for a while it looks cool;)
-Hurt your friends eyes
-anything else you can think to do with it

Recommended settings:
set the Flash change rate to "6.00 ms between flashes" for best results (it worked for me anyway)
