advanced wars rom

how to i get an advanced wars rom on my psp. my psp is stiill v 1.5 btw

Put it in with the GBA emulator you chose. Don't expect it to run very well either as GBA emulators are not that great currently. Check the guides section to figure out how to get homebrew working.
