what to buy and how do i make pandora

well, my psp is about busted (around the umd region, the cover where it said psp came off and shortly did the silver holder for umds (fat psp) ) anyway i have a few questions:

In Homebrew, Whats more compatable 1000 or 2000 (im going to get a used one) i'd prefer 2000 for the memory \ UMD boost and TV Out Seems awesome for it :)

Also, Using my old 1000, how to i make a Pandora Battery? (my PSP has 5.0 m33-6\original stock battery from 2006)

will the 1000 battery fit in 2000?
