Neo-CD Redux works just fine on the GameCube, and on the Wii in GameCube mode.
But perhaps it'd be relatively easy to port the emulators to native Wii mode, so the Wiimote&Nunchuck would be supported? Also, adding SMB/USB/SD support for storing the roms/isos could come in handy. :)
There's an unofficial Wii port of Neopop, but it might be developed a bit more... :)
