You should be able to buy one used at a local videogame shop. Just ask to test the PSPs out, and check what firmware it has:D
Buy a used psp at gamestop, I had one that sat on an executives desk, then was repacked. Didnt have a finger smudge on if. Plus it was 50 dollars cheaper.
