New SMS Plus screenshots pack

Because of the loading problems it had, the author decided not to release that version and has putted the source of SMS Plus online. It is a real shame, because it looked really neat. Plus I had this much improved pack ready for some months and I dissapointed many people by not releasing it earlier.
