Yes there is a way to play GTA on your PSP. But, first things first you need the MPHDowngrader which you can find on this website just type up a search in the forums. Next after you've downgraded your PSP download UMDLoader, which allows you to play GTA on your 1.50 version of your PSP. Then you'll be able to use Homebrew and Emulators.
