ok , some of you may have read my other posts about me and a friend trading my 2.7 for his 2.6 , well now im faced with two options , sell my 2.7 on ebay and getting a store bought 2.5 or proceding with a freind and getting 2.6 , my 3 questions are
1. if i do buy it from the store , am i guarented a 2.5 firmware version?
and
2. what are the differances of 2.6 and 2.5.
and
3. what would you do if you were me , go with 2.6 or 2.5?
Why is your friend trading you his 2.6 ? Doesnt he know how to upgrade? doesnt he know about homebrew?
If you buy from the store you arent guaranteed anything except it will be over 2.00 FW, however there is a guide that shows which boxes contain which firmware... U should look it up.
And if i were you i would sell my 2.7 and Track down a 2.00 PSP and downgrade to 1.50 The best firmware :P
but i highly doubt that they will be shipping 2.6 and 2.7's yet , but i guess i better hurry before they do , anyone out there bought a new 2.6 or 2.7 recently? i think right now what they will have is a 2.5 which is fine for me , as long as i can run emulators
I know they are shipping 2.6's but not sure about 2.7's yet
well , i did get one in layway at walmart the same day that i got mine , never took it out of layway , so maby walmart will give me the one i got that day instead of one on the shelve , but my only hope is that it will be 2.5 or 2.6 so i can run the gta exploit like i said before , anyway one of my other questions was about the firmware 2.6 and 2.5 , is there anything patched in 2.6 that isnt in 2.5 , or are they basicly the same?
