How do you burn the VMU back up CD??!!

I just bought the Japanese version of MVC2 and found out that it is impossible to unlock all the characters unless you live in japan. So I found the link and downloaded the VMU back up cd v1.3.0 but I dont know how to put it on a CD to use on my dreamcast.
I have know idea how to do it because im not farmilar with burning cds. Please help!!:( :confused:

Im using nero7. should I use a different burner??

I would recommend Alcohol 120%.
