I guess i do not have anything you could be interested in except money so let me know about that. In adittion, i live in Spain and you are from USA, right? so i'd have go add shipping costs and duties.

If you dont want to use ebay then go to http://www.froogle.com/ , most of the sites are in the US, but will do international shipping, just search for: dreamcast broadband adapter etc, they are about $80 us i think
