Just got a v1.50 PSP, Now What?

I Just bought a used PSP with 1.50 loaded on it. Now what do I need to do. I now have 2 PSPs. One for playing PSP Games and watching Anime (v2.60) and the one I just bought for Homebrew. The instructions are a bit hazy talking about upgrading and downgrading, plus, the rar file for k....rar is an invalid link. Can some one actually step me through this. I Plan on getting a 2gb SanDisc card for it my next payday. Until then, my 32MB card will have to do for now.

1.50 Firmware PSPs are extremely rare, so don't upgrade it! To use homebrew on your PSP you simply download the apps, unzip them and place them inside the following folder on your PSPs Memory Stick VIA USB: PSP/GAME/ (make sure all folders are typed in capitals)

I might make a hombrew guide tomorrow.....Too tired to do it now!

Also, try emulators like Snes9xtyl, NesterJ, and DGEN.
