Hi, I just got a psp 3000, have doen loaded Chickhen etc, everything to be able to play iso games etc. I have 6.01 firmware and cant seem to change it to 5.03, i have the file, but cant change the firmware. Please help!!!

The PSP 300 series PSP isn't hackable as of now. Also, ISOs/CSOs are warez, go buy your games from the store. Disk and manual in a box is best.
I'm in the same boat, but I have a ta-088v3 PSP and I was curious enough to update my PSP to 6.10. When I got it, it was under the 4.01 firmware. ChickHEN needs to have 5.03
