Question about converting PAL DC games to NTSC

I want to convert PAL to NTSC but i dont know which patch to get. For example there is one called:

Powerstone 2 RGB/PAL Fix
and other called
Powerstone 2 PAL/NTSC Detection Patch

Which one converts NTCS to PAL.

Patches, never heard of it for the dc, how would you install them? Any ways I suggest either buying a game shark or action replay and using it as a boot disk, or I think there is a free version of game shark floating around on the net. Thats what i use to boot up my pal hidden & dangerous on my ntsc tv.
