How do you change exe files to something that works on the memory card?

I'm having trouble loading exe files on moonshell, and I can't find a program to do so. Please help

Loading executables by moonshell? I don't think that's possible... What kind of EXE files are you trying?

I thought pc emulators would work, but I just found out they didn't. Where could I find any?
