Idea for downgrader: Modify Trojan.PSPBrick

I just brainstormed an idea just now. I learned a little bit about how the Trojan.PSPBrick works... http://securityresponse.symantec.com....pspbrick.html

I already know that the TIFF exploit has been patched for all firmwares v2.01 and above, and I may be wrong in this, but I think I remember reading on some forums that people using v2.01+ bricked their PSPs with this trojan, so what we need to do is modify the virus so that it doesn't only delete all of the startup system files but also replaces them with older firmware versioned ones. This came up out of the top of my head... please reply :o

as many of us has always said once 2.1 fireware is cracked then a downgrader can be possible

since it has been cracked by the great fangita and his e-loader program

i believe that a downgrader can actually be achieved but its gonna be hard and its gonna take a geneus to accomplish a downgrader but i beleive it is possible i have faith in it

anything is possible

i don't think fanjita will make a 2.1+ downgrader because more people will use ISO loaders and fanjita is against piracy

combine this when exploited, i will recomend combining the old fancy 2.00 to 1.50 downgrador too

well i hope they figure out a way to downgrade us 2.1+ peeps not for the ISblOws but cuz not all the homebrew works for me which sux...but good idea Bubby
