help with putting videos and music on 1.5 v.

i have a 2.01 and im going to dwowngrade it using the new 2.5/2.6 downdater.

but what format do you need to put music and video files on a 1.5 version.

please help :)

Music can be mp3, and movies can be in Mpeg4 formats. I use iTunes to convert CDs into mp3 (edit> preferences> importing> import using: mp3 encoder.)
For video, PSP Movie Creator or PSP Video 9 are good. PSP Video 9 is free so give it a try. Congrats on your new 1.5.

ive just got my psp down to 1.5 from 2.0, and used PSP Video 9 to convert and copy over my movie...... but when i go into the Video menu it says there are no movies on the card... any ideas?

(i used the auto detect feature in PSPV9 to set everything up)

place it into mp_root/one of the folders inside

i did... got the settings worked out though now... just trying to get some apps working on it now.
