I have a PSP with 2.5 on it when bought and I have checked the board version and I do have a IC6001 board, can this be safely downgraded to 1.5 using the new app? I've been waiting for this for ages and really want to try it but can't afford a brick.....
I think it was recommended to only downgrade your psp when 2.5/2.6 wasn't factory installed on it. I might be wrong about that, but I have an IC6001.
I had IC6001... Upgrade your psp to 2.6 then use the downgrader. That will work. As long as you follow the guide exactly.
