Are These The Final Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing Characters? [Sega]

According to some digging by the folks at TSSZ News, it appears that Akira (and maybe Jacky) from Virtua Fighter, Opa-Opa from Fantasy Zone, the Bonanza Bros. and KapuKapus or ChuChus from Chu Chu Rocket will also be making cameos in the game. All this and no Space Harrier? Hmph!
But I shouldn't complain. The more exposure we get for Chu Chu Rocket, hopefully leading to a WiiWare/PSN/XBLA port, the better.
