ICP Phlash portal ver. 1.7 released!

That's right, folks! The ICP Portal is back and better than ever. However, if you already have it installed, you must delete it completely to install this version. Also, to access the portal, you must type file:/psp/game/icpphlashportal/home.swf to run it in the Internet Browser.

This version implements a new updating system: Since I have recently cracked the XPD format (yes thats right i beat TeamOverload to it yesterday!), the updates can be downloaded and installed simply by clicking one button. Try it out yourself!
