Can't get a valid update archive for my M3 SD

i tried downloading the latest installation package from this link: http://www.ndscard.com/download/English%20V22b.rar

but the thing is corrupted, no matter how many times i try to download. im using MIE 6's downloader. can someone download it, extract the files and then put them into a new archive for me? send it to [email protected] . thanks!

ive tried it too, same stuff as it's the same file. so, can someone do this for me?
