I ordered a modded psp from modchipstore, and upon recieving it it was broken. I tried emailing them and after 2 days there's no response, even though I put the emails as critical urgency. I tried to log in on their site today and it seems that they've deleted my account! Does anybody have any advice on what to do and has anything like this happened to anyone else?
what do you mean by broken maybe you have to flash the chip
No, as in the strip that leads to the usb is partially ripped, and therefore the chip can't be flashed

u should look for a contact number they have to have a customer service number

hmmmmm well you can't go complaining to any authoritys about a modchip not arriving , might get in trouble :P
