Blonde Dragon Age: Awakening Companions Don't Have More Fun [Bioware]

http://cache.gawkerassets.com/assets...anna-02_01.jpg Velanna the Dalish Elf is the latest new character revealed for the upcoming Dragon Age: Origins expansion Awakenings, and she's got a bone to pick about how her people have been treated.
In Dragon Age: Origins, elves are treated as second-class citizens, and that's putting it gently. The humans took their lands, burned cities to cinders, and forced them into slavery, so it's understandable that new companion Velanna might harbor a little resentment for the non-pointy-eared among us. She's angry, bitter, and vengeful, which should make her a very entertaining traveling companion, to say the least.
As the reveal announcement puts it, "She is nature's hand, an instrument of vengeance, and she will never submit. Creators help those who get in her way." I can hardly wait.
