Capcom's upcoming Dead Rising will not be for sale in Germany. The USK, the ESRB of Germany, found the game to be too gory for release. This is the first Xbox 360 game to face a ban. Game content is typically modified by region, but there is no easy way to get around Dead Rising's hack and slash game play.

that seems a little harsh >.< sounds like that game has some really nasty sh!t
Don't forget that nearly every Resident Evil game was severely edited and "toned-down" for its German release. German censorship laws have always been stricter then other countries.
But on fathers day... dads go out and walk through town with lil wagons (think radio flyer) of beers... getting drunk
you'd think i gory game would be acceptable huh?
