Even Capcom Wants Street Fighter IV On The PSP

With Street Fighter IV about to make an unexpected trip to the iPhone, it's understandable that Capcom has handheld ports on the brain. Could the PSP be next?

Answering some fan questions on her blog, Capcom's Natsuki Shiozawa has revealed she'd like to see the game appear on Sony's handheld. As would anybody wondering why the game would be ported to the iPhone and not to a handheld more suitable for rapid button pressing.

Like, say, a PSP.

Still, if Capcom is thinking handhelds, and SFIV sells well on iPhone, a PSP port surely couldn't be far away.

I want for Capcom to want to release Street Fighter IV on the PSP.

That will make a lot of fans very happy, plus the pirates as well

Hm.. is it realy so enjoyable to play a fighting game on a touch-screen device?

Honestly, I'm tired of Capcom releasing old rehashes over the years on portable consoles and big ones alike. They need to step it up with something "newer" and fresh...They've got tons of games to do so!

Anything like Street Fighter 3, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 HD, Bionic Commando Rearmed, Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, or even Warzard/Red Earth would be so god damn refreshing for the PSP it is not even funny.

So, yeah...WTF are they waiting for to release SFIV on PSP...or heck, even on Wii?
