A couple of months ago i connected my psp to my laptop and went into the root of my memory stick and found a new folder called wl____.$$$ and the wird thing was that i hadnt made this folder and it was completly empty
Please help me find out what it is

Perhaps you visited a site with the browser and it created that folder..
ive found some folders like that with thing sm in it and nothing it i just delete it becuz if icant see whats in it its not needed hopefully:p -- souds like a virus but i dont know i used to have a billion virusus but none had $$$
yeh ive had some weird stuff pop onto my psp all i did was backed up my psp folder and formatted MS the just threw everything back on there
It's just a corrupt file, the psp is notrious for making them.
I get random folders made like that all the time. I just delete them, take everything off the MS, format the MS and put everything back on.
