Help please FCEU.ELF Doesn't show

I'm following a guide on how to soft mod my Slim PS2 and I know I have followed every step correctly but FCEU.ELF doesn't appear.

Please help me I have been trying for over a month to do this and no one else will bother helping me on other forums T_T

Place a disc in the tray and close it . It won't showup unless, it has some kind of disc control activated .
