I had 2.0, but then I bought Valkerie Profile, which made me upgrade to 2.6. Now my emu's are useless.

If your PSP was 2.0 at some point then you upgraded, you will be able to downgrade. Plus, Valkaryie Profile does work with Dev Hook.
Get GTA: LCS and downgrade.
If you do not have a TA-082 motherboard

Yeah you can just use the GTA hack and the emu's should run...
